Use this project file for After Effects to easily slow down your footage by simply dragging in your footage to After Effects. This works best with footage shot at 60 frames per second at a shutter speed of 1/1000 or greater. I use the Canon 7D but you can also do this on the GoPro, Canon 60d, T2i, T3i, and 5d Mark iii.
I just tested it out and it was amazing! There was barely any distortion and it was so smooth. At the same time, extremely easy. Also is there anything I should do to increase the performance of this preset?
